At a logistics hub, the existing charging infrastructure suffered from insufficient power, low utilization, and severe queuing during nighttime heavy truck charging peaks. After deploying 240–640 kW heavy-duty truck-specific chargers, AI flexible scheduling enabled staggered fast charging for multiple vehicles, boosting the station’s service capacity by over 30% and eliminating charging congestion entirely.
With a full-load efficiency of ≥97% (China’s Class 1 energy efficiency standard), the chargers significantly reduced electricity costs. Supporting four guns simultaneous charging, they adapt to the high-frequency charging rhythm of heavy trucks and meet the demand for concentrated nighttime charging. Leveraging the TWU cloud platform, remote management and settlement were realized, greatly improving operational efficiency.
